Who we are
Bloom Dock is operated by Kimberly Scarlett, sole trader, Tower Business Park, Kelvedon Road, Tiptree, Colchester, CO5 0LX, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@bloomdock.co.uk.
Using the service
Bloom Dock offers online workspace tools, customer forms, orders, tasks, files and supported payment workflows. It can be used by businesses, sole traders and individuals legally able to enter an agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
Demo mode
Demo mode is intended for exploration. Demo records may remain only in your browser and may disappear when private browsing ends or browser data is cleared. Do not rely on demo mode for important information.
Free trials and subscriptions
Where offered, an eligible account can try Bloom Dock for 14 days without supplying a payment card. That no-card trial does not trigger an automatic charge when it ends. A paid plan must be separately chosen and authorised. Our standard plan prices are £2.99 per month or £28 per year, subject to any applicable taxes. The price and recurring billing terms displayed at checkout must be confirmed before you pay.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and grant the technical permissions necessary to operate Bloom Dock. You are responsible for your customer-facing goods/services, applicable notices, lawful processing, permissions and fulfilment of your own customer contracts.
Customer payments
Subscription fees paid to Bloom Dock are separate from payments a workspace owner accepts from its customers. Where enabled, customer checkout is handled through Stripe Connect. The business selling goods or services remains responsible for those orders, fulfilment, customer-facing legal information and appropriate refunds. Bloom Dock does not guarantee that a payment creates an order unless successful finalisation is confirmed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bloom Dock for fraud, unlawful material, unauthorised personal information, spam, malware, unauthorised access or disruption of the service. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary, in accordance with applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features and availability may change. We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will give legally required notices of material changes.
Cancellation and data access
You may request cancellation by emailing hello@bloomdock.co.uk or through the account subscription-management facility if available. Subscription-only features may be restricted when the trial or paid access ends. Please contact us if you need assistance with existing orders, export or deletion. Processing and retention of your data are described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreement.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and cannot restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
The laws of England and Wales apply, subject to mandatory protections for consumers under applicable law.

Service support and reporting problems
For account access issues, erroneous order/payment links, suspected privacy incidents or cancellation questions, contact hello@bloomdock.co.uk with enough information to investigate, but do not email passwords or payment-card details.
If a business believes a customer payment succeeded but no order appeared, it should verify the payment and order statuses and seek support before resubmitting or manually creating a duplicate paid order.
