Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

14-day free trial

Eligible new accounts can start a 14-day free trial without providing a payment card. There is no automatic charge simply because a no-card trial ends. Access to paid features may be restricted when the trial ends unless a paid plan is chosen.

Prices

Our standard plan prices are £2.99 per month and £28 per year, in GBP, subject to any applicable taxes. The checkout displays the applicable price, billing frequency and any taxes before purchase.

Payment and renewals

If you choose a paid subscription, the checkout will display the price, billing frequency, applicable taxes and renewal terms before you authorise payment. Recurring subscriptions continue according to those terms until cancelled. Any additional information and reminders required by applicable law will be provided.

How to cancel

You can request cancellation by emailing hello@bloomdock.co.uk. If subscription management is available in your Bloom Dock account, you may also use that facility. We will confirm your cancellation and when recurring charges will stop. Cancellation of your Bloom Dock subscription does not cancel or refund purchases customers make from your business.

Consumer cancellation and refunds

If you subscribe as a consumer, applicable statutory rights are unaffected by this policy, including any cooling-off right. Whether and when a refund or deduction is due depends on the governing rules and circumstances, including when digital services begin and the information and consents given. The 14-day promotional free trial does not replace statutory rights. Business subscriptions may be subject to different rules. Contact hello@bloomdock.co.uk to exercise applicable rights.

After expiry

When a trial or paid subscription ends, access to subscription-only features may be limited. Contact hello@bloomdock.co.uk promptly if you need help exporting records, addressing orders or requesting account closure. Data is retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law and our arrangements with your business.

Failed payments and changes

Stripe may ask customers to update payment details if a charge fails. The service may apply a grace period and then restrict access. Material price or contractual changes will be communicated with legally required notices and cancellation rights.

Separate business-customer payments

This policy governs subscriptions paid to Bloom Dock, not purchases that an end customer makes from a separate business using Bloom Dock forms. The selling business sets and communicates the terms, delivery, cancellation and refund arrangements for its customer orders, subject to applicable law.
